The Team Growth Outcomes

Team Communication

High-ropes have a way of changing team dynamics. In this unique environment, clear and supportive communication is the only way to navigate obstacles and succeed together as a unit.

Natural Leadership

Challenges at The Stix allow natural leaders to emerge. Observe how your athletes approach risk, manage pressure, and motivate teammates under tension.

Finding Your Limit

With 7 levels of progressive difficulty, every team member finds their "Challenge Zone"—the space where growth happens just outside of comfort. This success builds individual confidence and mental grit.

Building Unity

Trust is built when you-re 1-20 meters up. By encouraging one another through difficult sections, your team develops a mutual reliance that translates directly back to the team environment.

FAQ's

Yes! rain does not tend to stop us getting out there. However high winds or large weather events can alter our operation. If this is the case we will contact you the day of you booking or you can contact us here.

Unfortunately we do not have catering on site. Most groups either bring catering with them, order it to be delivered or they climb and head to a local restaurant for a meal afterwoods. Others bring a BBQ and some refreshments for after their climb. There are picnic tables throughout the forest.
